Abstract
Los profesionales del ámbito educativo gozan de una
posición privilegiada para realizar una detección precoz
del maltrato infantil e identificar posibles casos de riesgo.
No obstante, en ocasiones, alegan falta de conocimientos y
formación para realizar tales cometidos, cuestión sobre la
cual la literatura científica recoge resultados y
conclusiones diversas. El presente trabajo tiene como
propósito analizar la formación de los futuros
profesionales de la educación en torno el maltrato infantil
intrafamiliar, concretamente sus conocimientos acerca de
los factores de riesgo, es decir, aquellas circunstancias que
pueden aumentar la probabilidad de que ocurran
situaciones de maltrato en el entorno familiar
Educational professionals are well placed to make an early detection of child abuse and to identify possible risk cases. However, they sometimes claim lack of knowledge and training to perform such tasks, an issue on which the scientific literature collects diverse results and conclusions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the training of future education professionals in intrafamily child abuse, specifically their knowledge about risk factors, ie, those circumstances that may increase the probability of situations of abuse in the family environment
