Abstract
El currículum de Educación Infantil, promueve contenidos relacionados con la prevención de accidentes y los primeros auxilios y estos aprendizajes trascienden al propio alumnado y se pueden trasladan a través de estos a su entorno familiar, recalcando los beneficios sociales que aporta este tipo de educación, ya que los niños y niñas aprenden a ayudar a los demás, fomentando de este modo la cultura de la solidaridad. En este trabajo se plantea una programación de actividades a realizar con alumnado de educación infantil de 3 a 6 años, buscando una iniciación desde las primeras edades en los primeros auxilios, desarrollándose en un grupo-aula de 4º de infantil con 23 alumnos y alumnas. Se puede observar que, a través de estas propuestas didácticas vivenciales, el alumnado es consciente de sus capacidades y limitaciones a la hora de hacer frente a situaciones de riesgo con determinadas técnicas para salvar vidas y se fomenta la cultura de la autoprotección que favorece un acercamiento a otros sujetos, fomentando la solidaridad
