Abstract
El objetivo del estudio fue conocer el efecto de un modelo de formación basado en las experiencias en la satisfacción de las necesidades psicológicas básicas de los futuros maestros de educación física. Participaron en este estudio 39 alumnos de la mención de educación física de la Facultad de formación de profesorado, de los cuales 18 (46.2%) eran mujeres y 21 (53.8%) hombres con edades comprendidas entre 21 e 28 años (M = 22.62; DE = 1.73). Los resultados hallaron mejoras significativas en la satisfacción de autonomía (p=0.002) y relación con los demás (p=0.039). La competencia percibida también aumentó, aunque no de manera significativa (p=0.069). Por los resultados obtenidos podemos afirmar que, un modelo de formación de maestros basado en las experiencias educativas en el medio natural, favorece la satisfacción de las necesidades psicológicas básicas de tal manera que aumenta de forma significativa la autonomía y la relación con los demás.

From the results obtained, we can affirm that a model of teacher training based on educational experiences in the natural environment favors the satisfaction of basic psychological needs in a way that significantly increases autonomy and relationship with others.
