Abstract
[ES] En este trabajo, nos centraremos en diferentes resultados de punto fijo, en los cuales,
imponiendo ciertas condiciones sobre una aplicación y su dominio de definición, aseguramos
la existencia y unicidad de tal punto fijo. Dichos puntos fijos pueden ser números reales,
vectores o incluso elementos de un espacio de Banach. Por lo tanto, se manejarán resultados
tanto en dimensión finita como infinita. Se mostrarán algunas aplicaciones de los resultados
mencionados a la existencia de solución para ecuaciones diferenciales ordinarias de segundo
orden.
[EN] In this work, we will focus on several fixed point results, in which, imposing certain conditions on the application and its domain of definition, we can ensure the existence and uniqueness of such a fixed point. These fixed points can be real numbers, vectors or even elements in a Banach space. Then, we will study results in both finite and infinite dimension. We will show some applications of the results mentioned to the existence of solution to second order ordinary differential equations.
