Abstract
Las nuevas tecnologías son un reto pedagógico que está al alcance de todos los profesores y generan valores educativos. Precisamente por eso podemos usarlas para educar, utilizando aplicaciones para desarrollar valores educativos con la forma de expresión digital y usando la realidad virtual como elemento integrante de la educación general y común de todos los ciudadanos. Así las cosas, en este artículo nos preocupamos específicamente del valor educativo de las nuevas tecnologías y de la integración que se está haciendo de ellas en la educación general (distinta de la educación profesional y vocacional) desde el sistema educativo, atendiendo a las directrices europeas y a la formación de los profesores. Nuestra propuesta es que no se pueden confundir las tres acepciones posibles de la educación electrónica en cualquiera de sus manifestaciones: •la educación electrónica como ámbito general de educación que aporta valores educativos igual que cualquier otra materia, vinculados al carácter y sentido propios de “educación”. •la educación electrónica como ámbito de educación general, es decir, como ámbito que forma parte de la educación común de los escolares y desarrolla el sentido axiológico de la experiencia virtual y de la expresión digitalizada. •la educación electrónica como ámbito de desarrollo profesional y vocacional
New technologies are an educational challenge that can be perform to all teachers and make educational values. That is why we can use them to educate, developing applications which contains educational values in digital form of expression and using virtual reality as a component of general and common education for all citizens. So, in this article we are concerned specifically with the educational value of new technologies and what integration is being done to them in general education (other than professional and vocational education) in the educational system, regarding European directives and training of teachers. Our proposal is that you can not confuse the three possible meanings of the e-education in whatever field: •E-education as a general field of education, an area that provides educational values like any other subject, engaged with the meaning of education.•E-education as general education field, so it is to say, the area (field of general education) which becomes common education of every scholars and developed the axiological sense of the virtual experience and the digitalized expression. •E-education as a professional and vocational development area
