Abstract
Se ofrece un estudio de la organización del ambiente de la Escuela de Educación Infantil (0-3 años) de Tui, como buena práctica. La información se recoge a través de la observación directa no participante y la utilización de entrevistas semiestructuradas a la directora del centro. Se identifican como condiciones que hacen posible que el trabajo de esta escuela se centre en el bienestar y el desarrollo de niños y niñas: el efectivo liderazgo pedagógico de la directora, un proyecto pedagógico claro y el trabajo en equipo de todo el personal de la escuela. En la organización del ambiente destaca el empeño por respetar los tiempos y los ritmos de las criaturas y un uso abierto, flexible e integral de los espacios interiores y exteriores de la escuela.
A study of the organization of the environment of the Nursery School (0-3 years) of Tui is offered as a good practice. The information is collected through non-participant direct observation and the use of semi-structured interviews with the principal of the center. They are identified as conditions that make it possible for the work of this school to focus on the well-being and development of children: the effective pedagogical leadership of the principal, a clear pedagogical project and the teamwork of all school staff. In the organization of the environment highlights the commitment respect to the times and rhythms of the infants and an open, flexible and comprehensive use of indoor and outdoor spaces of the school.
