Abstract
Ante la Covid-19, donde los empleos y las competencias necesarias para realizarlos han tenido que adaptarse a la nueva situación, este trabajo analiza la valoración de los empleadores acerca de la importancia del desarrollo de competencias para la empleabilidad. Para ello se realiza una encuesta a un total de 403 empleadores de empresas que recibieron estudiantes de una universidad española para realizar prácticas académicas extracurriculares, ofertas de empleo y/o becas para prácticas en los cursos 2019-20 y 2020-21. El análisis comparativo de los dos cursos académicos permite identificar las competencias más demandadas y su importancia. Algunas de ellas ya son reconocidas por la literatura, como la motivación o la gestión de las emociones y el estrés o la utilización de las tecnologías, y otras ganan, si cabe, más relevancia en el transcurso del tiempo como la de tener un comportamiento responsable.

To this end, a total of 403 employers from companies that received students from a Spanish university for extracurricular academic internships, job offers and/or scholarships for internships in the 2019-20 and 2020-21 academic years were surveyed. The comparative analysis of the two academic years makes it possible to identify the most demanded competencies and their importance. Some of them are already recognized by the literature, such as motivation or the management of emotions and stress or the use of technologies, and others gain, if possible, more relevance over time, such as having a responsible behavior.
