O desemprego e as repercusións emocionais: análise dun curso de formación

Abstract

No Concello de Santiago de Compostela leváronse a cabo en 2012 unhas accións formativas para persoas desempregadas. Unha das actividades é a que se propón como partida para o desenvolvemento deste traballo. Baixo a metodoloxía da observación participante, ofrécese unha síntese desta. Separados/as por grupos en función do tempo que levaban en desemprego, os/as participantes tiveron que reflexionar sobre como se sentían. Primeiro, cada grupo por separado verbalizaba e tomaba nota das sensacións e sentimentos que as persoas que a el pertencían ían expresando. Despois, un/ha portavoz de cada grupo facía un resumo do debatido no seu grupo e finalmente, fíxose unha posta en común en gran grupo. Partindo destes resultados, analízase o ciclo do/a desempregado/a dende unha perspectiva emocionalIn 2012 a training program for unemployed people was carried out by the City Council of Santiago de Compostela. One of the activities of this program has been the starting point for the development of this paper. Under the methodology of participant observation, this work offers a summary of this activity. Firstly, the participants were divided in little groups, according to the time they were unemployed. Secondly, they had to think about how they felt, so each group separately talked about it and took note of the sensations and feelings that people who belonged to it were expressing. Thirdly, a spokesperson from each group made a summary of what had been discussed in the group; and eventually an idea-sharing with all the groups has been made. Based on these results, the cycle of the unemployed person from an emotional perspective is analyzed
