Abstract
This paper arises from the context of a University Master in Educational Activities in Nature Management, offered at Campus Terra USC, and both their central focus is sustainability when it comes to research activities at the service of society. In this sense, educational research has a crucial role since education constitutes to one of the main drivers of social transformation. This is especially necessary in moments such as the present, characterised by a profound crisis of values as well as relationships between human beings and nature which is approaching a point of no return. Within this framework, educational research has been carried out and it has culminated in the didactic proposal “Less to be more”, with the aim of contributing – in the field of education-, to the training of people not only in environmental sustainability but also in social sustainability according to the main principles of eco justice. This in turn helps foster a change in citizens that would lead to a fairer, more respectful and caring world
