Abstract
Neste artigo preséntase unha proposta de innovación cunha metodoloxía STEAM en 5º de Educación Primaria, co obxectivo principal de fomentar unha aprendizaxe significativa, revalorizar o papel das artes e evidenciar a estreita relación entre a música e as matemáticas, buscando un efecto positivo no dominio afectivo do alumnado cara ás matemáticas. A proposta aborda contidos como fraccións, figuras musicais, programación e robótica empregando a canción de A Saia da Carolina de maneira transversal. O seu desenvolvemento fundaméntase na importancia do dominio afectivo, a metodoloxía STEAM e as conexións entre as matemáticas e a música.
This article presents an innovation proposal based on a STEAM methodology in 5th grade of Primary Education, with the main objective of promoting meaningful learning, revaluing the role of the arts, and highlighting the close relationship between music and mathematics, seeking a positive effect on students’ affective domain toward mathematics. The proposal addresses contents such as fractions, musical notes, programming, and robotics, using the song A Saia da Carolina in a cross-curricular way. Its development is based on the importance of the affective domain, the STEAM methodology, and the connections between Mathematics and Music.
