Abstract
La mutación constante de la sociedad contemporánea
origina nuevos estilos, nuevas
tendencias y nuevas formas de vida. Las personas
están sujetas a una auténtica revolución
digital. Asociado a esta transformación, se
asiste a una evolución tecnológica constante
que origina desajustes rápidos y dificultades
de integración y fuerza a las personas, alterando
conductas, posturas y mentalidad. Es
obvio que la sociedad de la información debe
ser una sociedad para todos. Las tecnologías
de la información influyen en los dominios
más variados de la vida en sociedad y deben
reforzarse los caracteres democráticos de la
sociedad de la información.
La apuesta en la sociedad de información
por el acceso de todos, personas y organizaciones,
al uso de las computadoras, navegar o
volar, como se dice ahora en Internet, es la
gran innovación para afrontar las mutaciones
tecnológicas de nuestro tiempo. Ésta es un
área en la que tenemos que dar un gran salto,
quemando fases, con objeto de estar en primera
línea de los países desarrollados..
Dentro de veinticinco años, lo que separará
países desarrollados y ricos de los países
pobres es el nuevo mundo digital y su uso. No
estar en ello es abocar a la derrrota en la
apuesta de la sociedad de la información.
En este contexto, la EDUCACIÓN
ELECTRÓNICA, en relación con la enseñanza
a distancia y la enseñanza presencial, se
convierte en un recurso de orientación estratégica
para el desarrollo y la educación
The constant mutation of the contemporary society originates new styles, new tendencies and new forms of life. The people are subject to an authentic digital revolution. Associated this transformation, we are attending a constant technological evolution that originates fast misalignments and difficulties of integration and force to the people, altering conducts, purposses and mentalitys. It is obvious that the society of the information must be a society for every body.. The technologies of the information influence in the most differents domains of the life in society and so we must reinforce the democratic characters of the society of the information. The bet in the society of information by the access of every body, people and organizations, to the use of the computers, to sail, as it is said now, in Internet, is the great innovation to confront the technological mutations of our time. This one is an area in that we must give a great jump, burning phases, in order to be in forward edge of the developed countries. Within twenty-five years, which will separate developed countries and rich of the poor countries it is the new digital world and its use. Not to be in it is not to lead to the succes in the bet of the society of the information. Into this background, the e-education, in relation to distance education and presential education, becomes a resource of strategic management for the development and the education
