Abstract
El sistema dual de formación profesional alemán es objeto de análisis y transferencia en numerosos países entre los cuales se encuentra España. Precisamente, en este artículo nos disponemos a considerar las claves del proceso de adaptación a nuestro país, examinando las probabilidades de éxito del sistema dual. Para ello, realizaremos un análisis descriptivo de los principales elementos que componen el sistema dual alemán, para centrarnos posteriormente en los cambios introducidos en nuestro país tanto por el proyecto de la LOMCE como por la legislación reguladora de los contratos para la formación y el aprendizaje. A modo de discusión, trataremos de esclarecer cómo los elementos culturales y organizativos del sistema productivo influyen decididamente en las opciones de éxito de esta reforma, para concluir con una serie de propuestas de acción que favorecerían tanto la inserción laboral como el incremento de la cualificación entre la población juvenil española
The German dual system of vocational training has been object of transfer in some countries all over the world, among them Spain. Indeed, in this article we try to clarify the key elements in the adapting process of this Dual System to our country, analyzing its chances of success. To do this, we contribute a descriptive study of the main elements of the German Dual System. Then, the focus will be in the changes in our country, from the LOMCE project to the legislation governing apprenticeship and training. As a kind of discussion, we pretend to clarify how cultural and organizational elements of the production system have a strongly influence in the chances of success on the Vocational Training reform policy initiatives. Finally, we completed a series of proposals for action that would contribute to the employment and an increase in the qualification among Spanish young people
