Reseña de la jurisprudencia del Tribunal de Justicia durante los años 2019 y 2020

Abstract

La presente reseña recoge los pronunciamientos más importantes, sentencias en su mayoría, del Tribunal de Justicia durante los años 2019 y 2020. La reseña no es exhaustiva y se centra en las cuestiones prejudiciales que más relevancia pueden tener en España. Por ese motivo, se ha otorgado especial extensión a las cuestiones planteadas por órganos judiciales españoles, que incluyen entre sus contenidos principales el complemento por maternidad en el cálculo de prestaciones de la Seguridad social, la discriminación por discapacidad, el registro de jornada y, una vez más, los contratos de duración determinada. The review is not exhaustive and focuses on the preliminary rulings that may be of most relevance in Spain. For that reason, special attention has been given to the issues raised by Spanish courts, which include among their main contents the maternity allowance in the calculation of social security benefits, disability discrimination, the recording of working time and, once again, fixed-term contracts.
