Abstract
En este trabajo se estudiarán problemas relativos a la genética que pueden ser modelados mediante ecuaciones diferenciales y ecuaciones en diferencias. En primer lugar, se introducirá el cálculo en diferencias, que será necesario para estudiar las ecuaciones en diferencias. Además, se presentarán distintos métodos de resolución para dichas ecuaciones, los cuales se aplicarán más tarde a la hora de plantear los modelos referentes a la genética. Tras esto, en cuanto a los modelos, se analizará la evolución con el paso del tiempo de la distribución alélica de un gen en una población haciendo uso de las ecuaciones en diferencias. Finalmente, se utilizarán las ecuaciones diferenciales para estudiar el modelado del problema de los mosquitos transgénicos, una idea bastante actual, y se simularán dichos modelos gráficamente.
In this work we will study problems related to genetics which can be modeled using differential and difference equations. In first place, we will introduce the difference calculus, which will be necessary for studying the difference equations. Besides, different methods for solving these equations will be presented and will be applied later to the models concerning genetics. After that, in terms of models, the evolution over time of a gene's allelic distribution in a population will be analyzed, using the difference equations. Finally, differential equations will be used in order to study the modeling of the transgenic mosquitoes problem, a quite current idea, and these models will be simulated graphically.
