Inserción sociolaboral de mujeres emigrantes retornadas: Desde Venezuela a España

Abstract

Hablar del hecho migratorio es algo a lo que los españoles están acostumbrados, pues durante casi cien años España se caracterizó por la emigración exterior, siendo Latinoamérica un destino privilegiado. Pero en las últimas décadas los flujos migratorios adquieren características diferenciadas, destacando el proceso creciente de retorno de emigrantes hacia España, invirtiéndose la naturaleza de la migración, adquiriendo peso la inmigración, de la cual forma parte el retorno de emigrantes. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar las condiciones de inserción sociolaboral, en la Comunidad de Madrid, de mujeres emigrantes retornadas a España desde Venezuela. La metodología empleada ha sido cualitativa y se ha utilizado la entrevista en profundidad como instrumento de recogida de información. La muestra participante la forman 32 mujeres venezolanas descendientes de emigrantes, en segundo y tercer grado de parentesco. Los principales resultados apuntan a que se trata de personas que han cursado una titulación universitaria; con una media de edad de 42 años; sin hijos ni otras cargas familiares. Como conclusión principal se puede destacar que, a las dificultades inherentes al retorno y la búsqueda de empleo en este colectivo, se añaden otras como ser de Latinoamérica, mujer y de mediana edadTo speak of the migratory fact is something that the Spaniards are accustomed to, because for almost one hundred years Spain was characterized by the foreign emigration, being Latin America a privileged destination. But in recent decades migratory flows acquire differentiated characteristics, highlighting the growing process of return of emigrants to Spain, invested the nature of migration gaining weight immigration, which is part of the return of emigrants. The objective of this article is to analyze the conditions of socio-labor insertion of women emigrants returned to the Community of Madrid, to Spain from Venezuela. The methodology used has been qualitative and has used the interview in profoundness, as an instrument for collecting information. The participating sample is formed by 32 venezuelan women descendants of emigrants, in second and third degree of kinship. The main results indicate that are people who have completed a university degree, with an average age of 42 years; without children or other family responsibilities. As a main conclusion it can be noted that to the difficulties inherent to the return and the search for employment, in this group are added others such as the fact of being from Latin America, woman and middle age
