El Acrosport como contenido didáctico en la Educación Primaria. Una propuesta didáctica

Abstract

Los continuos cambios en el ámbito de la Educación Física y el deporte en los últimos tiempos, fruto de una modernización imparable, han transformado por completo un área que sigue teniendo en el ámbito escolar un contexto ideal para la promoción de hábitos duraderos en el alumnado. La actualización del currículum educativo y la intención de los docentes por modernizar y adaptar el área de Educación Física a los tiempos actuales se tradujo, entre otras muchas cosas, en la introducción de nuevas y novedosas actividades y deportes con el objetivo de captar la atención del alumnado e incidir positivamente en su motivación y disfrute de las clases en el colegio. Así, teniendo como base el Decreto 105/2014, por el que se establece el currículum de la educación primaria para la Comunidad Autónoma de Galicia, se presenta una propuesta didáctica para sexto curso de educación primaria basada en el acrosport, una modalidad gimnástica-acrobática que posibilita el desarrollo del alumnado en todas sus vertientes (físicas, psíquicas, sociales y afectivas). Esta propuesta didáctica pretende incidir, sobre todo, en el aspecto creativo del alumnado, su autonomía y en la adquisición de valores que deben poseer los ciudadanos del futuro.

The continuous changes in the area of Physical Education and the sport in recent times, the result of an unstoppable modernization, have completely transformed an area that continues to have an ideal context in the school environment for the promotion of lasting habits in students. The updating of the educational curriculum and the intention of teachers to modernize and adapt the area of Physical Education to the current times was translated, among many other things, into the introduction of new and innovative activities and sports with the aim of catch the attention of the students and positively influence their motivation and enjoyment of classes at school. So, based on Decree 105/2014, which establishes the curriculum of elementary education for the Autonomous Community of Galicia, a didactic proposal is presented for the sixth year of elementary education based on acrosport, a gymnastic-acrobatic modality that enables the development of students in all its aspects (physical, mental, social and emotional). This didactic proposal tries to influence, especially, in the creative aspect of students, their autonomy and the acquisition of values that citizens of the future must possess.
