Abstract
El Ministerio de Educación y Formación Profesional de España (Enero 2022) ha hecho público un documento con 24 propuestas de reforma para la mejora de la profesión docente. El documento, tras una serie de consideraciones genéricas sobre el papel del profesorado y su incidencia en la calidad de la enseñanza, propone 24 medidas de mejora que somete a debate de profesionales y expertos en dicho ámbito. Las medidas propuestas aluden a los temas centrales de la formación docente: el acceso a los estudios, la formación inicial tanto para las etapas de Infantil y Primaria como para de Secundaria, la formación permanente, el acceso a la profesión, la formación específica vinculada a las especialidades y la carrera docente. En su conjunto, las medidas propuestas y la filosofía pedagógica que subyace a las mismas pretende configurar un nuevo “modelo de profesión docente”. Este artículo trata de analizar críticamente ese modelo de profesional desde una perspectiva centrada en una visión más sistémica e institucional de la docencia, construida desde los ejes de la colegialidad y el trabajo en equipo.
In January 2022, the Spanish Ministry of Education and Professional Training published a document with 24 reform proposals to improve the teaching profession. After a series of generic considerations on the role of teachers and their impact on the quality of teaching, the document proposes 24 improvement measures that it submits to debate by professionals and experts in this field. The proposed measures refer to the central issues of teacher training: access to studies, initial training for both the Preschool and Primary stages as well as for Secondary, permanent training, access to the profession, specific training linked to different teaching specialties and professional development of teachers. Seen as a whole, the proposed measures and the pedagogical philosophy that underlies them tries to set up a new "model of the teaching profession". This article critically analyzes this professional model from a perspective focused on a more systemic and institutional vision of teaching as a profession, built from the axes of collegiality and teamwork.
