Abstract
In Galician-Portuguese lyric poetry, different kinds of dialogues arise between troubadours and jongleurs. Here we will focus on the core of poetic debates (tenzóns) in the Cancioneiro da Biblioteca Nacional (BNP, cod. 10991) and in the Cancioneiro da Vaticana (BAV, Vat. Lat. 4803), looking in particular at three fundamental aspects that allow us to assess the authorship of the dialogues: the appearance of each within a series of cantigas, the attributive information permitted by different types of rubrics, and references to the interlocutors within these debates. Our aim is to identify problematic cases or those meriting commentary, as a necessary prior step towards presenting a clearer picture of the sociocultural and literary networks that were established between the authors of the troubadour movement, this forming part of the research project Sociocultural Networks of Galician-Portuguese lyric (Redes socioculturais da lírica galego-portuguesa).
