Abstract
The core idea of this article is based on F. Bobbit's work, whose curricular approach defends that the curriculum must prepare to the students for the adulthood, characterized by the work, the training and the decision-making that this one carries. Its implies inducing a series of deep methodological changes in the discent and teacher roles, capable of producing significant and productive learnings, that are fruit of the simbiosis of the own knowledge of “to be able to make and to be able to be”. Below, it shown a practice model proposal to the update of the above mentioned competency-based curriculum designs, exemplified in the professional profile assessment, through an 'Observatory of Work Evolution'
