A entrada en vigor do Tratado de Lisboa non resolveu de ningún modo os problemas detectados no funcionamento do diálogo social europeo. Pola contra, continúan a existir algunhas deficiencias e os remedios propostos teñen unha entidade de pouca relevancia
The coming into effect of the Treaty of Lisbon has not solved the main problems detected in the function of European social dialogue. Quite the opposite, it has perpetuated several flaws and the new remedies have a doubtful importance
