Gemelos digitales: modelización matemática, simulación numérica y filtros de Kalman

Abstract

En este trabajo de fin de grado se va a modelar, resolver numéricamente y recalibrar con datos simulados la evolución de una enfermedad. La modelización se realizará con modelos compartimentales del tipo SIR o SEIR, la resolución se realizará por medio de métodos de Euler Explícito y Runge Kutta y la recalibración del modelo se hará por medio de los llamados filtros de Kalman. Por último se compararán las aproximaciones aportadas por el gemelo digital resultante con la realidad simulada mediante la representación gráfica de ambos.

In this BSc thesis, the evolution of a disease will be modelled, numerically solved and recalibrated with simulated data. The modeling will be carried out with compartmental models of the SIR or SEIR type, the resolution will be carried out by Explicit Euler and Runge Kutta methods and the recalibration of the model will be carried with Kalman Filters. Finally, the approximations provided by the resulting digital twin will be compared with reality through the graphic representation of both.
