Abstract

El art. 14 de la Ley Hipotecaria fue modificado en julio de 2015 para introducir el certificado sucesorio europeo como título sucesorio, a los efectos del Registro, al lado del testamento, el contrato y la declaración de herederos abintestato. Esta última experimenta, también, considerables cambios: desaparece la declaración judicial en favor de la notarial con la excepción de que la Administración sea la heredera, en cuyo caso se autodeclara vía administrativa.
