AB El art. 14 de la Ley Hipotecaria fue modificado en julio de 2015 para introducir el certificado sucesorio europeo como título sucesorio, a los efectos del Registro, al lado del testamento, el contrato y la declaración de herederos abintestato. Esta última experimenta, también, considerables cambios: desaparece la declaración judicial en favor de la notarial con la excepción de que la Administración sea la heredera, en cuyo caso se autodeclara vía administrativa. AB The art. 14 of Spanish Land Registry Act (Ley Hipotecaria) was amended in July 2015 to introduce the european certificate of succession as succession title, for the purposes of the Registry, besides the will, the contract and the statement of intestate heirs. The latter experiences also considerable changes: the judicial statement disappears in favor of the notarial with the exception that the Administration is the heir, in which case it declares itself administratively.
