O cultivo de cogomelos en Galicia

Abstract

[GAL] Neste traballo pásase revista ó estado actual das principais especies de cogomelos cultivados no mundo, as súas condicións de cultivo, as súas fases e produccións. Tamén se fan algunhas consideracións sobre o seu cultivo en Galicia.[ENG] This work revises the current conditions of the main species of cultivated mushrooms in the world, their conditions of culture, phases and productions. There are also some considerations on their culture in Galicia.
