Evolución das medidas socio-culturais agrarias: a progresiva configuración da política de desenvolvemento rural

Abstract

[GAL] Este artigo aborda o estudio da política de desenvolvemento rural da Unión Europea, comezando coa análise dos seus tímidos inicios no contexto da política agraria común clásica e rematando na descrición do momento actual. O novo marco de apoio comunitario 2007- 2013 que está a piques de principiar supón un punto de inflexión na evolución desta política, na medida en que por vez primeira aparece configurada cun marco xurídico propio e financiada a través dun instrumento financeiro específico: o Fondo Europeo Agrario de Desenvolvemento Rural(FEADER).[ENG] This work deals with the study of the rural development policy at the European Union, starting with the analysis of their slight beginning in the context of the classical common agricultural policy and ending with a description of the nowadays situation. The new community support framework for the period 2007-2013 it is a turning point in the evolution of this policy, because for the first time it has been configured in a single legal framework of its own, and because it is to be financed through a specific financial instrument the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD).
