Abstract
Este trabajo presenta la validación metodológica de un instrumento que adopta el formato de cuestionario, dirigido a evaluar el desarrollo de competencias del alumnado del Grado de Maestro en Educación Infantil en la Facultad de Formación del Profesorado de Lugo (Universidad de Santiago de Compostela). Tiene su punto de partida en una experiencia de trabajo interdisciplinar, en el actual curso 2015-16, entre tres de las cuatro asignaturas que componen el curriculum del 3er trimestre, a través del cual se pretende dotar de una mayor coherencia a la formación así como fomentar una mayor integración y funcionalidad de los aprendizajes realizados (Proyecto PODO). La muestra piloto estuvo formada por 55 estudiantes, de los cuales el 94,5% son mujeres y el 5,5% son hombres, con edades situadas en su mayoría en el rango de 19 a 21 años. Del análisis psicométrico realizado se desprende que el cuestionario presenta un buen índice de fiabilidad, siendo Alfa de Cronbach= 0,87. En lo que respecta a la factorización de las variables se identifican cuatro componentes. Estos análisis confirman la oportunidad del instrumento diseñado para la evaluación de la experiencia.
This paper presents the methodological validation of an instrument with a questionnaire format, aimed at assessing the development of competences in students of the Teaching Program in Early Childhood Education at the Faculty of Teaching Staff Training in Lugo (University of Santiago de Compostela). Its starting point is based on an interdisciplinary working experience, in the current 2015-16 course. Three out of four subjects that make up the 3rd quarter curriculum expect to provide a greater coherence in the training and foster more integration and functionality to the learning outcomes (PODO project). The pilot sample was made up by 55 students, being 94.5% women and 5.5% men, with ages mostly in the range of 19 to 21 years. The psychometric analysis indicates that the questionnaire has a good reliability index, being Alpha Cronbach = 0.87. As far as the factorization of variables, there are four components identified. These analyzes validate the opportuneness of the instrument designed to assess the experience.
