| dc.description.abstract | After having been analysing the evolution of Gallician Language for the last years; thls empírical research has come across numerous significant differences in the consumplion levels of Gallician; Spanish and bi/ingual linguistic groups in Galicia; even when the effects of social class and habita! are eliminated. This has been verified in various kinds of products; such as canned food; drinks; household cleaning goods; cosmetics and personal hygiene products. The same has been observad in terms of level al exposure lo mass media; the frequency of shopping in various stores; domestic appliances lo be found al home; the use of certain financial services and the recent purchase of several goods.
