Abstract

This study reports the development and validation of a method using hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (HILIC-MS/MS) for the analysis of cocaine and its metabolites benzoylecgonine (BE), ecgonine methyl ester (EME), and cocaethylene (CE) in hair samples.
