Abstract
El objetivo fue determinar si existe asociación directa entre una intervención en
Educación Física (EF) de actividades con soporte musical y el disfrute del alumnado
de Educación Primaria. La muestra fue de 139 sujetos (de 7 a 12 años). Se evaluó el
grado de disfrute percibido con una adaptación de la escala PACES. La intervención se
realizó en 3 sesiones mediante formas jugadas: (1) sin música, (2) mismas actividades
añadiendo soporte musical, (3) mitad sin y mitad con música. El análisis estadístico
mostró asociación entre la música y un aumento del disfrute (p<0,001). Conclusión: la
música en EF puede contribuir al disfrute y al gusto por la actividad física
This research’s propose was to determine whether there is a direct association between an intervention in Physical Education (PE) of activities with musical support and the enjoyment in schoolchildren. Sample was composed by 139 subjects (from 7 to 12 years old). Degree of perceived enjoyment was evaluated with an adaptation of the PACES scale. This operation was performed in 3 sessions through plays ways: (1) no music, (2) adding musical support in the same activities, (3) half without and half with music. Statistical analysis showed association between music and an enjoyment increased (p<0.001). Conclusion: music in PE can contribute to enjoyment and pleasure for physical activity
