Abstract

[GAL] Neste traballo facemos referencia ós principais cogomelos comestibles de Galicia, que se sitúan sistematicamente nos grupos Ascomycetes e Basidiomycetes, centrándonos na descrición dos carpóforos, época de fructificación, hábitat, posibles confusións con especies similares e importancia económica.
[ENG] This work describes the main mushrooms of Galicia used for food, which are included in the Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes groups. Main differences with other similar mushroom species, carpophores description, fructification date, as well as habitat and economic importance of these groups are described.
