Abstract

Mediante a análise das cancións do grupo Ataque Escampe este artigo pretende pescudar se o seu discurso musical alberga unha actitude política. No caso de ser así, tratará de responder por que o grupo mantén este carácter crítico e resistente con respecto a certos conflitos sociopolíticos no contexto galego, onde conviven dúas culturas en desigualdade. Tamén busca entender se dentro deste contexto as identidades se atopan fragmentadas ou en vías de formación, e que función social exercen as cancións do grupo nese hipotético casoThrough the analysis of the songs of the band Ataque Escampe this article aims to determine if their musical discourse harbors a political attitude. In this case, the article will explore how the band maintains this critical and resistant character regarding certain sociopolitical conflicts in the Galician context, where two cultures coexist in inequality. Furthermore, it seeks to understand if, within this context, identities are fragmented or in the making, and what kind of social function the songs of the band exert in that hypothetical case
