La expresión territorial de la biodiversidad: paisajes y hábitats

Abstract

[ESP] El desarrollo de la cartografía digital basada en el empleo de observadores remotos y de los sistemas de información geográfica ha supuesto una drástica modificación en el concepto y técnicas relativas a la expresión territorial de la biodiversidad, a través de la reformulación de los conceptos de “paisaje” y “hábitat”. En el presente trabajo se analizan estas nuevas tendencias y se indica las tipologías al uso en el territorio de Galicia.[ENG] The development of the digital cartographies based on remote sensing and geographical information systems have result in a dramatic alteration of the concepts and techniques relatives to the territorial expression of the biodiversity, with the subsequent reformulation of the “Landscape” and “Habitat” concepts. In this work these new tendencies are analyzed and current typologies used in the territory of Galicia are exposed.
