Perspectiva de género en la investigación en Estadística e Investigación Operativa

Abstract

[ES] El papel de las mujeres en los diferentes elementos de la sociedad actual y en particular, en la ciencia, ha tenido un fuerte impulso en los últimos años. Principalmente, esto se debe a la realización de relevantes estudios en el tema, así como la legislación de nuevas políticas de inclusión de perspectiva de género con el objetivo de alcanzar una sociedad más igualitaria en cuanto al género. En este estudio analizaremos la efectividad de tales políticas de perspectiva de género en la investigación en una disciplina matemática en expansión, como es la Estadística y el de la Investigación Operativa.[EN] The role that women plays in the different parts of today’s society and in particular, in science, has had a strong boost in recent years. Mainly, this is due to the realization of relevant studies on the subject, as well as the legislation of new policies for the inclusion of a gender perspective with the aim of achieving a more egalitarian society in terms of gender. In this study we will analyze the effectiveness of such gender perspective policies in research in an expanding mathematical discipline, such as Statistics and Operations Research.
