Abstract
La ingente cantidad de medios tecnológicos que proliferan de manera exponencial en el ecosistema mediático así como su omnipresencia en la totalidad de contextos justifican su inclusión en el ámbito pedagógico y la adopción de nuevas metodologías acorde a las necesidades de la Generación Z. Con el fin de conocer la situación y teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de que la comunidad educativa conozca este tipo de experiencias y prácticas educativas, en este artículo se ha realizado una revisión bibliográfica sobre el uso de herramientas tecnológicas, concretamente, de dispositivos móviles en el ámbito educativo desde el año 2015 a la actualidad. Se han utilizado las bases de datos WoS y Scopus para localizar los textos tanto en lengua inglesa como en español.Los resultados del análisis documental efectuado han puesto de manifiesto cómo las herramientas digitales se incluyen en las prácticas docentes en las diferentes áreas de conocimiento. Se ha constatado la ubicuidad por tanto, de las experiencias desarrolladas así como su potencial, pues se recogen en los resultados de las experiencias mostradas la mejora del rendimiento académico y motivacional de los estudiantes. Asimismo, se ha identificado una tendencia emergente consistente en combinar dispositivos móviles, gamificación y realidad aumentada
The huge amount of technological media which have increased exponentially in the media ecosystem and its omnipresence in all contexts justify its inclusion in the pedagogical field and it also justifies the adoption of new methodologies according to the needs of Generation Z. This research look for to know the real situation because it is necessary that educational community to know this type of experiences. In this article, it has been made a bibliographic review about the use of technological tools, specifically about mobile devices in the educational field. This work includes a review from 2015 to the present. The bibliographic review about the use of technological tools, specifically, of mobile devices in the educational field has been done in Wos and Scopus databases in both English and Spanish.Results of the documentary analysis have shown the way tools are included in teaching practices in different areas of knowledge. The ubiquity of the developed experiences and its potential has been confirmed. The improvements of the academic and motivational performance of the students are included in the results of the experiences shown. Likewise, an emerging trend has been identified. This trend is product of combining mobile devices, gamification and augmented reality
