comunicaciones efectuadas en el seno del Congreso internacional sobre diseño y codificación de
instrumentos reequilibradores en contextos de asimetría negocial, celebrado en Barcelona los días tres y
cuatro de Marzo de 2016. Congreso en el que también tuvo lugar el sentido y merecido homenaje a la
Dra. María Rosa Llácer, Catedrática de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Barcelona
The aim of this report is to summarise the main ideas of the different presentations given at the International Conference on designing and codifying rebalancing instruments in the context of asymmetric bargaining, held in Barcelona, on the third and fourth of March 2016. The convention also gave a tribute to María Rosa Llácer, Professor of the Faculty of law in the University of Barcelona
