AB The aim of this report is to summarise the main ideas of the different presentations given at theInternational Conference on designing and codifying rebalancing instruments in the context ofasymmetric bargaining, held in Barcelona, on the third and fourth of March 2016. The convention alsogave a tribute to María Rosa Llácer, Professor of the Faculty of law in the University of Barcelona
