¿Cómo acercamos aos mozos á realidade da violencia na parella? : algunhas propostas dende o dereito

Abstract

A violencia no eido da parella é unha lacra social de trascendental importancia, tal e como vén sendo reflectido polas repetidas reformas lexislativas no ordenamento xurídico español. Unha das manifestacións do endurecemento punitivo da resposta a esta clase de violencia foi materializada a través da reforma lexislativa operada, entre outros, no Código Penal, a través da Lei Orgánica 1/2004, de 28 de decembro, de Medidas de Protección Integral contra a Violencia de Xénero. Esta norma xurdiu como unha Lei transversal, incidindo, polo tanto, nas diversas aristas do fenómeno, e plantexando, así, medidas de moi diversa índole en aras á súa erradicación, como por exemplo medidas sociais, educativas, laborais ou penais. É precisamente no eido das medidas educativas no que se sitúa o presente traballo. Máis en concreto, no ámbito educativo superior, universitario. Plantexaranse algunhas propostas de traballo na títulación de Grao en Dereito, como forma de achegar á mocidade universitaria á realidade deste fenómenoThe intimate partner violence is a social scourge of transcendental importance, as it has been reflected in the repeated legislative changes that have occurred in the Spanish legislation. One of the manifestations of the gradual tightening of the punitive response to this kind of violence was materialized through the reform carried out in the Criminal Code by the Organic Law 1/2004, of December 28, on comprehensive protection measures against gender-based violence. This new regulation was approved as a comprehensive piece of legislation concerning the different aspects of the phaenomenon. In this sense, it regulates various measures of very different nature such as the social, the educative, the labour or the criminal ones. Regarding the educative measures regulated in the mentioned Organic Law, this work seeks to provide some work proposals for the Law degree. More specifically, the proposed activities are prepared for Law students, as a way to approach them to the reality of the phaenomenon
