Abstract
De los treinta y tres debates conservados en la tradición trovadoresca gallego-portuguesa a través del Cancioneiro da Biblioteca Nacional (BNP, cod. 10991, sigla B) y del Cancioneiro da Vaticana (BAV, Vat. Lat. 4803, sigla V), solo quince se transmiten simultáneamente en estos dos apógrafos elaborados en Italia hacia 1525-1526. En ellos se registran variantes y errores de distinta categoría, así como dificultades de diversa magnitud que afectan a los textos. La presente contribución abre con una serie de observaciones a propósito de la copia de las tenções en B y en V y, a continuación, son examinados dos casos problemáticos y particularmente polémicos, desde el punto de vista ecdótico, entre los registrados en el corpus. El primero de estos lugares conflictivos que se analiza se encuentra en la composición Juião, quero contigo fazer, que mantienen los trovadores Meen Rodriguiz Tenoiro y Juião Bolseiro (B403bis-V14); el segundo se localiza en Pero da Pont’, e[n] un vosso cantar, debate que mantienen Afonso Eanes do Coton y Pero da Ponte (B969-V556). Con la exposición del análisis se tiene por objetivo ofrecer y dar difusión a una hipótesis de lectura propia, así como contribuir al debate crítico sobre las cantigas gallego-portuguesas y los manuscritos que nos las han legado.
The Cancioneiro da Biblioteca Nacional (BNP, cod. 10991, B) and the Cancioneiro da Vaticana (BAV, Vat. Lat. 4803, V), in the Galician-Portuguese tradition, have preserved a total of thirty-three debates (tenções). However, only f ifteen of them have been transmitted simultaneously in both manuscripts, which were made in Italy around 1525-1526. Variants and errors are found in them, as well as difficulties affecting the texts. This paper starts by some important aspects regarding the copy of the tenções in B and in V; next, two conflictive and controversial cases will be exposed. The first difficulty is found in the debate Juião, quero contigo fazer, between Meen Rodriguiz Tenoiro and Juião Bolseiro (B403bis-V14). The second one is in Pero da Pont’, e[n] un vosso cantar, between Afonso Eanes do Coton and Pero da Ponte (B969-V556). The aim of this paper is to offer my hypothesis, as well as to contribute to a critical debate on compositions and manuscripts of the Galician-Portuguese lyric tradition.
