Métodos: Realizouse unha busca nas bases de datos Medline (PubMed) e Scopus. Incluíronse artigos relacionados coas novas terapias en pacientes con SAF. Resultados: Incluíronse un total de 17 estudos que abarcan os diferentes plans terapéuticos no SAF como posibles estratexias no tratamento desta enfermidade. Discusión: Diferentes investigacións sobre os novos tratamentos que poderían utilizarse no SAF aínda están en fases moi iniciais como para recomendar o seu uso. Pero moitos deles propoñen escenarios moi prometedores no manexo desta enfermidade. Additionally, it aims to assess the potential advantages of these approaches compared to current treatment methods. Methods: A search was conducted in the Medline (PubMed) and Scopus databases. Articles related to new therapies in patients with APS were included. Results: A total of 17 studies were included, covering various therapeutic plans in APS as potential strategies for the treatment of this disease. Discussion: Different investigations on new treatments that could be used in APS are still in very early stages to recommend their use. However, many of them propose highly promising scenarios in the management of this disease.
