The decolorization experiments were carried out in semicontinuous operation during three cycles to improve the process efficiency. The best decolorization efficiencies (65% to 80%) were obtained in fungal cultures performed in nitrogen limited conditions under aerobic conditions.eng© Brazilian Archives of Biology and Technology, 2004.
