We also investigate en detail the precipitation processes over some particular areas of the European continent. Currently, atmospheric models represent the most accurate technique to forecast meteorological conditions. For that reason, here, it is employed as a primary tool the widely known regional meteorological model WRF-ARW. The results show the importance of the recycling processes and the impact of using a fully coupled hydrology-atmospheric modelling system on the climate of Europe.engAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internacionalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/MeteoroloxíaMudanza ClimáticaClimaCiclo HidrolóxicoModelización atmosféricaMaterias::Investigación::25 Ciencias de la tierra y del espacio::2509 Metereología::250909 Predicción numérica meteorológicaMaterias::Investigación::25 Ciencias de la tierra y del espacio::2509 Metereología::250917 Meteorología sinópticaMaterias::Investigación::25 Ciencias de la tierra y del espacio::2508 Hidrología::250802 EvaporaciónPrecipitation Recycling and the importance of the land-atmosphere interactions over the European continentdoctoral thesisopen access
