The autor revises the different variants that have come up in the evolution of the adverb luego as found in the testimony collected from documents at the Archivo Parroquial de Villalpando and from the Monasterio de Santa Clara de Villalobos, in the northern part of the Zamora province. This grammatical particle has varied semantically, so that it has gone from its initial spatial meaning to a temporal one, from which it has then evolved to express “precision”.spajournal articleopen access
