AB Se ha realizado un trabajo empírico con una muestra de 39 sujetos de entre 65 y 92 años, que fue dividida en dos grupos, según la edad (menores de 76 años y mayores de 76 años) para conocer si existía relación entre la reserva cognitiva y el contenido semántico del lenguaje narrativo. Los resultados muestran que solo existe una relación significativa entre la reserva cognitiva y el contenido de tipo enriquecido, y no se aprecian diferencias significativas de edad en el tipo de contenido, teniendo en cuenta los dos grupos de diferentes edades. La cantidad de discurso, por su parte, tampoco mantiene relaciones con ningún tipo de contenido
AB Has conducted an empirical study with a sample of 39 subjects between 65 and 92 years, were divided into two groups according to age (younger than 76 and older than 76 years), to determine whether there was a relationship between cognitive reserve and the semantic content of narrative language. The results show that there is only a significant correlation between cognitive reserve and enriched content type, and no significant age differences are seen in the type of content, given the two different age groups. The amount of speech, meanwhile, neither maintains relations with any content
