AB La evolución del contexto productivo y económico ha hecho surgir, en diferentes momentos, el debate trabajo asalariado-trabajo autónomo, gozando de un papel relevante la dependencia como nota diferenciadora. El trabajo a través de plataformas digitales se ha posicionado de nuevo en esos términos y las sentencias que apuestan por la laboralidad de los prestadores de servicios lo hacen a través de una redefinición de las formas de manifestación de los indicios clásicos de la dependencia. Sin embargo, junto con la dependencia, la titularidad de la empresa de la estructura empresarial y los activos más importantes como la propia plataforma juegan un papel importante en la ajenidad de un control productivo al que debe someterse el trabajador.
AB The evolution of the productive and economic context has given rise to, at different times, the salaried work vs. autonomous work debate, highlighting as differentiator the relevant role of working under the direction of another. Digital platform work has been positioned again in these terms, and the judgments that are on the side of service providers as employed persons do so through redefining the forms in which to demonstrate the classic indicators of working under the direction of another. However, together with this concept, the company’s ownership of the business structure and the most important assets such as the platform itself play an important role with regard to working in the employ of another within a production control to which the worker must submit
