AB En este trabajo se estudian las relaciones transtextualesdel poema gastronómico de Filóxeno conla poesía homérica, buscando los elementos lingüísticosy literarios que proceden de la épica. Larelación con el texto homérico permite arrojar luzsobre uno de los pasajes más oscuros del Banquete.
AB In this paper we study the transtextual relations ofthe gastronomic poem by Philoxenus with Homericpoetry, searching for the linguistic and literary elementsthat come from epic poetry. The connectionwith the Homeric text allows us to shed light onone of the darkest passages of The Banquet.
