AB Obxectivos: O obxectivo principal deste traballo foi realizar unha revisión da literatura sobre novas liñas de tratamento e investigación no síndrome antifosfolípido (SAF) que poidan levar a novas estratexias terapéuticas e avaliar que vantaxes presentarían con respecto ao tratamento actual.Métodos: Realizouse unha busca nas bases de datos Medline (PubMed) e Scopus. Incluíronse artigos relacionados coas novas terapias en pacientes con SAF.Resultados: Incluíronse un total de 17 estudos que abarcan os diferentes plans terapéuticos no SAF como posibles estratexias no tratamento desta enfermidade.Discusión: Diferentes investigacións sobre os novos tratamentos que poderían utilizarse no SAF aínda están en fases moi iniciais como para recomendar o seu uso. Pero moitos deles propoñen escenarios moi prometedores no manexo desta enfermidade. Novas investigacións e ensaios clínicos axudarán a establecer o papel que poden desempeñar estes novos fármacos ou tratamentos
AB Objetivos: El objetivo principal de este trabajo ha sido hacer una revisión de la literatura sobre nuevas líneas de tratamiento e investigación en el síndrome antifosfolípido (SAF) que puedan dar lugar a nuevas estrategias terapéuticas y valorar qué ventajas presentarían con respecto al tratamiento actual.Métodos: Se realizó una búsqueda en las bases de datos Medline (PubMed) y Scopus. Se incluyeron artículos relacionados con las nuevas terapias en pacientes con SAF.Resultados: Se incluyeron un total de 17 estudios que abarcan los diferentes planes terapéuticos en el SAF como posibles estrategias en el tratamiento de dicha enfermedad.Discusión: Diferentes investigaciones sobre los nuevos tratamientos que podrían utilizarse en el SAF están todavía en fases muy precoces como para recomendar su uso. Pero muchas de ellas plantean escenarios muy prometedores en el manejo de esta enfermedad. Nuevas investigaciones y ensayos clínicos ayudarán a establecer el papel que pueden desempeñar estos nuevos fármacos o tratamientos
AB Objectives: The main objective of this work has been to conduct a literature review on new treatment and research approaches in antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) that could lead to new therapeutic strategies. Additionally, it aims to assess the potential advantages of these approaches compared to current treatment methods.Methods: A search was conducted in the Medline (PubMed) and Scopus databases. Articles related to new therapies in patients with APS were included.Results: A total of 17 studies were included, covering various therapeutic plans in APS as potential strategies for the treatment of this disease.Discussion: Different investigations on new treatments that could be used in APS are still in very early stages to recommend their use. However, many of them propose highly promising scenarios in the management of this disease. Further research and clinical trials will help establish the role that these new drugs or treatments can play
