AB In this communication are some of the activities developed in the degree in ChemicalEngineering, to provide female referrals to engineering students. These activities,which consist of writing the biography of an engineer in different formats, have been designedin a way that also serves to improve students’ information skills, written communicationor critical thinking.The results of this task have been satisfactory. On the one hand, students have increasedtheir knowledge about the contributions of women to engineering and, on theother hand, there has been an improvement in skills, such as written communication.
