AB La Directiva Servicios en el mercado interior europeo implicará un cambio radical en el campo de la competencia y la Administración. En áreas colindantes de dos Estados de la UE (p.e. Galicia-Norte de Portugal), sin fronteras sociales ni culturales, la ventaja competitiva de cada grupo de profesionales supondrá amenazas y oportunidades. El statu quo existente se quebrará en profesiones protegidas por el red tape administrativo
