AB The results indicate somewhat moderate effectiveness in digital public diplomacy, but significant challenges arise in communicating with the audience due to cultural and political differences, particularly concerning sensitive issues. Negative comments and cultural challenges pose major obstacles to achieving an effective impact, highlighting the need to review current strategies and increase direct engagement with the public to improve the overall image of the U.S.
