RT Book,_Section T1 Synthesis, characterization and self aggregation of a new neo-pentylamide cholic derivative (Na-n-penC) A1 Soto Tellini, Victor Hugo A1 Meijide del Río, Francisco Ángel A1 Jover Ramos, Aida A1 Galantini, Luciano A1 Trillo Novo, Juan Ventura A1 Vázquez Tato, José AB The self-aggregation in aqueous solution of a new neo-pentyl amide of the 3-β-amino derivative of cholic acid (Na-n-penC) has been investigated in aqueous solution by surface tension and steady state-fluorescence spectroscopy of pyrene (used as a probe). The nature of the agregates was determined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) revealing that vesicles are formed. The structure of the compound in the solid state was resolved by X-ray spectroscopy. The synthesis of the compound is also given PB MDPI SN 3-906980-18-9 YR 2006 FD 2006 LK http://hdl.handle.net/10347/26824 UL http://hdl.handle.net/10347/26824 LA eng NO Tellini, V.H.; Meijide, F.; Jover, A.; Galantini, L.; Novo, J.V.; Tato, J.V.
